As natives of Santa Rosa County, we are dedicated to our customers and to the communities we serve. Each of our homes is covered by a 10-year Bonded Builder warranty, and each home meets all requirements for VA, FHA and Conventional financing.

And after the closing, don’t worry, we aren't going anywhere. Our service after the sale is second to none. We are very proud of our pro-active warranty program. Just let us know what is wrong and we will take care of it.
